THERE ARE MANY WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT

THE SAM WEST FOUNDATION...

There are various ways you can support the Foundation, including raising funds and making donations, volunteering or becoming trained in Mental Health First Aid, and helping raise awareness of mental health and the diversity of organisations that exist to help others manage and cope with these issues.

MAKE A DONATION

The Foundation relies on the support of many individuals who give their time and money to enable us to continue our work.

GRANTS

We are deeply grateful to Kent County Council who approved a grant to the Foundation through the Combined Member Grant Scheme, and with the support of County Councillor Sean Holden.  This grant funding, alongside co-funding from the Foundation, will support activities in Mid-Kent including training people in Mental Health First Aid and strengthening in-school support in local primary schools

FUND RAISING

FUNDRAISING

We welcome any and all ideas to raise money for the Foundation.  Fundraising for the Foundation not only brings in money to help us continue our work – it also raises awareness of mental health issues and the support available to children, young adults and parents.

Our supporters have undertaken and planned a diversity of fundraising events to support the Foundation.

We are deeply grateful for each and every one. You can see some of these events below...

QUIZ NIGHT

A well-attended and social quiz night was held in the village hall in Frittenden, with all funds raised going to the Foundation.
